MOGNO PRIVACY POLICY
APPLICABILITY
MOGNO, a business name under which Tagor LLC operates, is committed to the protection of personal data and to transparency in the processing of information belonging to its users, customers, partners, and visitors.
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, use, share, store, and protect personal data in the context of using our products, services, and relationship channels, as well as informs the rights of data subjects, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
This Policy applies to the processing of personal data carried out by MOGNO in online and offline environments, including data collected through our websites, applications, platforms, third-party social networks, service and support tools, chatbots, events, and other channels of interaction with users, customers, and partners.
In certain cases, the data subject may choose what information they wish to provide or share. However, the provision of certain personal data may be necessary to enable access to specific functionalities of our products or services. If such data is not provided, some functionalities may not be available.
The processing of personal data will be carried out based on the legal grounds provided for in the GDPR, including, where applicable, the performance of a contract or of preliminary procedures related to a contract, compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, legitimate interest, and the data subject’s consent.
By using MOGNO’s services or interacting with its platforms, you declare to be aware of this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms described herein, we recommend that you do not use our services. If you wish, you can contact us for clarifications or suggestions for improvement.
This Policy is an integral part of MOGNO’s Terms of Use and must be read in conjunction with the other documents applicable to our services.
ROLES IN DATA PROCESSING
Acting as Controller
As a Controller, as defined in the GDPR, all information collected about data subjects in the context of MOGNO’s service provision, encompassing the capture, transport, processing, and conclusion of service provision, as well as the offer of other related services and products, will be processed based only on authorized legal grounds, such as, but not limited to, consent, legitimate interest, and regular execution of contracts. When the legal basis for collection is not consent, MOGNO will strictly observe the current legislation and respect the individual rights and freedoms of the data subjects.
In the position of Controller, all information received from Processors in the context of service provision, encompassing the capture, transport, processing, and conclusion of service provision, will be considered strictly confidential and secret, and may not be disclosed, in whole or in part, to third parties, except to employees or service providers and only to the extent necessary for the execution of activities.
MOGNO also acts as a Controller when it collects personal data, such as name, email, telephone, and job title, from representatives of contracting companies during the service contracting process. In this condition, it is up to MOGNO to define the purposes and means of processing, which are intended for the formalization, execution, and management of the commercial relationship, always in compliance with the applicable legislation.
- MOGNO Employees: MOGNO acts as Controller of its employees’ personal data, using them exclusively for purposes related to the management of the employment or contractual relationship, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, execution of benefits, workplace safety and health, as well as for the adoption of information security and data protection measures, strictly observing the principles and rights provided for in the GDPR.
Acting as Processor
MOGNO acts as a Processor in the processing of personal data entered into the platform by the clients themselves, such as the name, email, and job title of users. In this case, the data is administered by the economic group administrator of the client and used exclusively for access control purposes, with the processing carried out according to the client’s instructions, in the capacity of Controller.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Most of the data processed by MOGNO comes from our direct interactions. Eventually, we may receive information from third parties, adopting reasonable measures to ensure that such data has been lawfully collected and shared and can be used in accordance with applicable legislation.
Data collected directly or indirectly may be combined to ensure greater information accuracy, perform analyses, and improve communications and services, always based on an adequate legal ground.
In general, MOGNO may collect the following categories of personal data:
Users of MOGNO Websites and Services
We may collect data such as:
- Contact data (name, email, and telephone);
- Location data (country, state, and city);
- Professional profile data (job title, company, segment, number of company employees, academic background, and professional experience);
- Marketing preferences;
- Interaction and relationship history.
Access to MOGNO PLATFORM
To access the MOGNO PLATFORM, login registration may be requested, including data such as name, email, job title, and other information necessary for user identification. This data is processed based on contractual execution and used for authentication, provision of contracted services, access management, and privacy settings.
Login through third-party providers
If you use third-party accounts (such as Google or Facebook) to access our services, we may receive publicly available personal data or data authorized by you on these platforms, such as name, photo, and email address, according to the permissions granted.
Navigation and platform usage data
When you visit MOGNO’s websites or use our services, we may automatically collect information sent by the browser or device used, such as:
- IP address (including approximate location);
- Browser type, version, and language;
- Cookie identifiers;
- Date and time of access;
- Pages visited, navigation time, and referring URLs.
This information is obtained through cookies and analytical tools (such as Google Analytics) and stored in access logs, being used for security purposes, fraud prevention, performance improvement, statistical analysis, and enhancement of the user experience.
Contracting products and services
For contracting MOGNO products or services, data necessary for the formalization of the contractual relationship may be collected, including:
- Contact data;
- Professional data;
- Location data;
- Billing and collection data (such as company name, trade name, CNPJ or CPF, legal representative, address, and data necessary for issuing invoices);
- Relationship history.
Data collected at events and communications
By participating in events organized or sponsored by MOGNO, data necessary for registration and participation may be collected, such as name, email, company, and location data.
Events may be recorded, and images of participants, including group photos, may be captured. This information may be used for institutional and promotional purposes, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Leads and interactions with content
You may provide personal data when interacting with our content or requesting materials, performing downloads, signing up for events, or requesting commercial proposals. In these cases, we may collect contact data and other information related to your request.
This data is used to respond to the request, enable communications, and improve our interactions with you, based on legitimate interest or the execution of preliminary procedures related to contracting.
Information from external sources
MOGNO may also receive information from external sources, such as supplier lists or public databases, always adopting reasonable measures to ensure that such data has been obtained lawfully.
Data processed on behalf of MOGNO clients
The MOGNO PLATFORM allows clients to use functionalities that involve the processing of personal data of their own users or customers, such as forms, communications, and management tools.
In these cases, MOGNO acts as a data processor, while the platform client acts as the controller, being responsible for defining the purposes of the processing and obtaining the applicable legal bases.
MOGNO adopts technical and organizational information security measures and secure development practices to protect the data processed on the platform.
SOURCES OF PERSONAL DATA
The amount and type of personal data collected by MOGNO vary according to how you interact with our services. This Policy applies to personal data obtained through the following sources:
- MOGNO websites and social networks: including proprietary domains and pages maintained on third-party platforms.
- Mobile applications and sites: applications operated by or for MOGNO.
- Interactions with ads: when you interact with MOGNO ads on third-party platforms.
- Data generated by MOGNO: usage records, interactions with content, downloads, and communications.
- Events: events organized, sponsored, or supported by MOGNO.
MOGNO may maintain records of interactions with users, including communications and engagement with content. When using sharing buttons on social networks, the publication occurs through the user’s own account on the chosen platform. MOGNO does not have access to the credentials of these accounts nor does it publish content on behalf of the user without their action.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
MOGNO uses personal data to meet requests, provide services, maintain the security of its platforms, and continuously enhance the experience of users, customers, and partners.
The processing of personal data is carried out in a manner compatible with the purposes informed in this Policy, observing the principles of necessity, adequacy, and proportionality provided for in the applicable legislation.
Personal data may be processed for one or more of the purposes described below, depending on the nature of the data subject’s interaction with MOGNO and in compliance with the applicable legal bases.
Meeting requests and transactions
When you request products, services, materials, or other information from MOGNO, we use the personal data provided to process and fulfill your request. This processing may occur based on the execution of a contract or on preliminary measures related to contracting.
To enable certain requests, MOGNO may share data with commercial partners, financial institutions, brokers, or insurers, when necessary. We may also contact you for satisfaction or market surveys, observing the applicable legal bases.
Voluntarily provided commercial contact information may be used for communications related to our activities, based on consent or legitimate interest, when applicable.
Personalization of the experience
MOGNO may use personal data to personalize the experience on its websites and services, including the presentation of relevant content, improvement of navigation, and enhancement of functionalities, based on legitimate interest and respecting the data subject’s rights and freedoms.
Security and improvement of services
Navigation data and access logs, obtained through cookies and analytical tools (such as Google Analytics), may be used for information security purposes, fraud prevention, performance monitoring, statistical analysis, and enhancement of the user experience.
Customer support and service
MOGNO may use personal data to provide technical and operational support related to contracted products or services, including communications about updates, maintenance, and corrections.
During support sessions, including through chat or other service tools, the information provided will be treated in accordance with this Policy. In some cases, there may be incidental access to data stored in the client’s systems. In these situations, MOGNO will act according to the contracts signed between the parties, and may act as a data processor.
Marketing and communications
MOGNO may use personal data to send communications about events, content, products, services, or solutions that may be of interest to the data subject. This processing will be carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and always ensuring the data subject the possibility to opt out of receiving marketing communications.
Some events or offers may be promoted in partnership with third parties. In these cases, the existence of the partnership will be informed, and data may be shared when necessary. We recommend consulting the privacy policies of these third parties to understand how your data may be processed.
Recruitment and selection
Personal data provided in selection processes, including resumes, may be used for recruitment and selection purposes and may be shared internally within MOGNO for candidate evaluation, being kept for the period necessary for these purposes and in compliance with applicable legislation.
Monitoring of interactions
Telephone calls, chats, and other interactions with MOGNO may be monitored or recorded for security, quality assurance, training, and transaction recording purposes, according to the applicable legal bases.
Collaborative environments and communities
MOGNO may provide online collaboration tools, such as forums, blogs, or other interactive platforms. When using these tools, certain information may be voluntarily provided by the user. Content published on these platforms may be viewed by other users and will be subject to the terms and policies applicable to each environment.
Protection of rights
MOGNO may use or share personal data when necessary to protect its rights, property, or safety, as well as those of its clients, partners, suppliers, or third parties, including situations related to compliance with legal, regulatory obligations, or the regular exercise of rights in administrative, judicial, or arbitration proceedings.
Relationship with business partners
When you represent a MOGNO business partner, your data may be used to administer and develop the commercial relationship, including communications about programs, initiatives, or partnership opportunities. Data sharing may occur when necessary and in compliance with confidentiality obligations and applicable legislation.
Relationship with suppliers
When you represent a MOGNO supplier, your data may be used for the execution and performance of contracts, as well as for the management of the commercial relationship. Any sharing with internal areas of MOGNO or with third parties involved in the contract execution will occur only when necessary and in compliance with applicable legislation.
AUTOMATED PROCESSING AND DATA ANALYSIS
MOGNO may use automated processes to support functionalities of its services, such as statistical analysis, content personalization, fraud prevention, security monitoring, and improvement of the user experience.
These processes may involve the automated processing of personal data for the analysis of usage patterns and interactions with our platforms.
MOGNO does not carry out exclusively automated decisions that produce legal effects or that significantly affect the interests of the data subject without the possibility of human review, when applicable.
In accordance with applicable legislation, the data subject may request the review of decisions taken exclusively based on automated processing of personal data that affect their interests, through the channels indicated in this Policy.
CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS
MOGNO’s websites, products, and services are not intended for minors under 16 years of age. MOGNO does not intentionally collect or process personal data of children or adolescents.
If inadvertent collection of personal data of minors is identified, MOGNO will adopt reasonable measures for the exclusion or regularization of the processing, in accordance with applicable legislation.
If there are indications of undue collection of data from children or adolescents, we request that the fact be communicated through the contact channels indicated in this Policy, so that we can take the appropriate measures.
COOKIES, WEB BEACONS AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
MOGNO uses cookies and similar technologies (such as scripts, tags, local storage, and web beacons) to collect browsing information, generate usage statistics, improve website and service performance, personalize the user experience, and support security measures and marketing communications.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on the user’s device that allow recognizing preferences and optimizing navigation.
MOGNO uses session cookies (temporary) and persistent cookies (kept for a defined period) to improve website functionality, analyze traffic, personalize content, and offer certain features, such as language and location memorization.
Managing cookie preferences
You can manage your preferences related to the use of cookies through your browser settings or, when available, through the cookie manager provided by MOGNO.
When implemented, the cookie manager will be displayed on your first visit to the website and can be accessed later through the “Cookie Preferences” option available in the footer of the pages.
Changing cookie preferences does not automatically remove cookies already stored on your device. To delete them, you will need to use your browser settings.
Since cookies allow you to take advantage of some features of MOGNO’s websites or software products and services, MOGNO recommends that you leave them enabled. Disabling cookies may impact the functioning of certain functionalities of MOGNO’s websites or services.
When required by applicable legislation, MOGNO may request the user’s consent for the use of certain categories of cookies, through preference management tools made available on its websites. The user may, at any time, review or change their cookie preferences through these tools or their browser settings.

The cookies used by MOGNO can be classified into the following categories:

If you do not wish the collected information to be associated with cookies, you can disable them in your browser settings or, where applicable, in the product’s own settings.
MOGNO may also use local storage technologies, such as HTML5 or local shared objects, to store preferences and information related to the use of the platforms.
Furthermore, web beacons can be used in electronic communications, such as emails or newsletters, to verify whether messages were opened or if links were accessed.
Third-party technologies
Some business partners, social media platforms, or service providers may use cookies, web beacons, or other tracking technologies on MOGNO’s pages or services.
These technologies are subject to the respective privacy policies of the third parties and are not controlled by MOGNO.
Third-party social media buttons may also collect technical data, such as IP address and browser information, and, when the user is authenticated on these platforms, such information may be associated with the profile maintained on these services.
RETENTION AND DISPOSAL
MOGNO may retain this information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including compliance with legal, contractual, regulatory, audit obligations, or determinations by competent authorities.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the quantity, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purpose of processing your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
- If you use our products and services, your account information will be maintained as long as you keep that account active.
- If you request cancellation, your information will be deleted or anonymized within 60 days of account cancellation.
- If you are a MOGNO lead, the information regarding your interactions with us will be stored for a period of 5 (five) years.
- Likewise, if you request the deletion of your data and/or your account, we may retain certain information for the technical period necessary to process the request, which may be up to 72 (seventy-two) hours after your deletion request.
You may, at any time, exercise your rights as a data subject, including requesting the deletion or opposition to processing, through our contact channels.
ONLINE ADVERTISING
MOGNO does not display third-party advertising on its websites. However, it may promote its own products, services, or content on third-party platforms.
To enable these activities, MOGNO may use advertising networks or specialized digital marketing providers. These third parties may use technologies such as cookies, web beacons, or digital identifiers to collect technical information, such as IP address, cookie identifiers, or navigation data, with the purpose of presenting communications or advertisements related to MOGNO and evaluating campaign performance.
Some advertising networks used by MOGNO may be members of industry self-regulation initiatives, such as the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) or the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA). In these situations, users can exercise options related to targeted advertising through the tools made available by these organizations, including:

LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND APPLICATIONS
To allow you to interact with other websites where you may have accounts (such as Facebook and other social media sites) or to participate in communities on such sites, we may provide links or integrate third-party applications that allow you to log in, post content, or join communities from our websites. We may also provide general links to websites of other companies.
The use of these environments is subject to the respective privacy policies and terms of use of the responsible third parties. MOGNO does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of these external websites or applications.
We recommend that you consult the applicable policies before using services or features offered by third parties.
SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
As an online platform, MOGNO may operate in conjunction with other companies across a wide range of activities—including providing location features, advertisers, sponsors, and commercial partners, both online and offline—as well as marketing tools and performance analytics. Accordingly, we reserve the right to share your information, including location, registration, and interest data, whenever possible in an aggregated or anonymized format, aiming to preserve your privacy to the fullest extent.
MOGNO does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Sharing may occur in the following situations:
- Advertising and Communication Platforms: MOGNO may use advertising or digital marketing platforms to promote its own products, services, or content. In these cases, technical identifiers such as IP addresses, cookie identifiers, or browsing data may be shared to present relevant communications and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Partners and Service Providers: MOGNO may share personal data with companies contracted to support its operations, such as cloud hosting providers, technological infrastructure services, payment methods, data analysis tools, technical support, or communication platforms. These partners operate under contracts that establish obligations of confidentiality, information security, and limitations on data use exclusively for the purposes of providing the contracted services.
- Statistical Analysis and Service Improvement: Data stored by MOGNO may be used for statistical purposes (analytics). This data is grouped to provide a macro-level analysis of the landscape; therefore, it does not seek to identify or make data subjects identifiable, but rather to better understand how they access MOGNO’s platforms to improve service delivery and customize products targeted to user interests. In these cases, data is not used to directly identify subjects.
- Social Media Login or Other Submissions: MOGNO may allow authentication through third-party accounts, such as Google or Facebook. In these situations, certain public data or data authorized by the user on those platforms may be shared with MOGNO, in accordance with the permissions granted. The processing of this data will also be subject to the privacy policies of the respective platforms. We do not control the policies and practices of any other third-party site or service; therefore, if you register using a social media profile, please be mindful of this.
- MOGNO Links: A tool that generates images from tables or charts in MOGNO, which are updated based on user triggers. Links can connect with internal applications, such as Docs within MOGNO, or external applications, such as Google Slides and Google Docs. The latter complies with the use and transfer of information received from Google APIs and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Protection of Rights and Fulfillment of Legal Obligations: MOGNO may access, preserve, or share personal data when necessary to:
- Comply with legal or regulatory obligations;
- Respond to requests from competent authorities or court orders;
- Enforce the Terms of Use or other applicable agreements;
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of MOGNO, its employees, customers, partners, or third parties.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER
MOGNO processes personal data in compliance with applicable legislation, including EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
Currently, the MOGNO PLATFORM utilizes a technological infrastructure located in Brazil for data storage and processing.
In certain situations, international transfers of personal data may occur when necessary to facilitate the provision of services, technical support, the use of integrated technological tools, or the hiring of specialized service providers.
In such cases, MOGNO will adopt the necessary legal, contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards to ensure that personal data receives an adequate level of protection, in compliance with applicable laws.
Whenever applicable, MOGNO will seek to contract suppliers who adopt recognized information security and data protection standards, as well as appropriate contractual mechanisms to guarantee the protection of transferred personal data.
By using MOGNO’s services or providing personal data to the company, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in Brazil and, where applicable, in other countries where service providers or technological partners used for the operation and support of the services operate.
DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
You may choose not to provide certain personal data. However, some of this data may be necessary to use specific features of our services or to access our products and platforms. MOGNO respects the rights of data subjects and adopts measures to ensure transparency in the processing of this information.
Accordingly, please remember that your rights include:
- Request for access to your personal data: You may request confirmation of the existence of processing and obtain access to the personal data that MOGNO holds about you.
- Request for rectification of your personal data: You may request the update or correction of personal data that is incorrect or outdated.
- Request for deletion of your personal data: This right allows you to ask us to remove your personal data from our platform. All collected data will be deleted from our servers upon your request or when it is no longer necessary or relevant for providing our services, unless there is any other reason for its maintenance, such as a legal obligation to retain data or the need to preserve it to safeguard MOGNO’s rights. To change your personal information or delete it from our database, simply contact us through one of our customer service channels.
- Right to object to data processing: When we are relying on a legitimate interest (ours or a third party’s) and there is something about your specific situation that makes you want to object to processing in this field, as you feel it impacts your fundamental rights and freedoms. You also have the right to object where we are processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes, for example. In some cases, we may demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to process your data which override your rights, as they may be essential for the provision of the product and/or service.
- Right to request blocking or elimination: This right allows you to ask us to suspend the processing of your personal data in the following scenarios: (a) if you want us to establish the data’s accuracy; (b) when you need the data to be maintained even if we no longer need it, as necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or (c) if you have objected to our use of your data, but in this case, we need to verify whether we have overriding legitimate grounds to use it.
- Restricting the processing of your personal data: This right allows you to ask us to suspend the processing of your personal data in the following scenarios: (a) if you want us to establish the data’s accuracy; (b) when you need the data to be maintained even if we no longer need it, as necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or (c) you have objected to our use of your data, but we need to verify whether we have overriding legitimate grounds to use it.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time: You have the right to withdraw your consent; however, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products. If this is the case, we will advise you at the time this occurs.
- Right to review automated decisions: You may request a review of decisions taken solely on the basis of automated processing of personal data that affect your interests.
To ensure the security of personal data, MOGNO may request additional information to confirm the identity of the requester before fulfilling certain requests. This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to anyone who has no right to receive it.
We may also contact you for further information regarding your request to speed up our response. Your legitimate requests will be addressed within 15 (fifteen) business days. If your request is particularly complex or if you have made several requests, we will notify you and keep you updated on the progress of your request should it require more time than anticipated.

DATA PROTECTION OFFICER (DPO)
With the aim of ensuring high standards of personal data protection and transparency in information processing, MOGNO has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
The Officer acts as the point of contact between MOGNO, the data subjects, and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), and is responsible for guiding the company on best data protection practices, monitoring compliance with applicable legislation, and supporting risk management related to the processing of personal data.
Their duties include monitoring personal data processing activities, providing guidance on protection and information security measures, as well as supporting communication with data subjects and competent authorities when necessary.
Contact with MOGNO’s Data Protection Officer (DPO) must be made exclusively through the “Privacy and You” (Privacidade e Você) portal, as indicated below.

MOGNO provides official channels for handling requests, inquiries, or communications related to the processing of personal data, pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR). These are:

The Privacidade e Você portal is the dedicated platform for handling requests related to personal data protection. Through this channel, you may:
- Submit requests related to data subject rights;
- Contact the Data Protection Officer (DPO);
- Send communications related to personal data protection.
